Asad Wahid

Mr. Asad Wahid is an entrepreneur with business interests in the United Kingdom, China and Pakistan. He has worked hard to excel in each field that he has been associated with. He has also always achieved distinction in academic studies. This distinction has also been achieved in his professional life whereby he was appointed the youngest ever Chief Commercial Secretary in the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea (South Korea) in Karachi while he was pursuing his Masters Degree.

His responsibilities included identifying macro level opportunities of investment that the Korean government could undertake in Pakistan. Additionally, he was responsible for disseminating information to top Korean diplomats on key investment and political developments in Pakistan. He was associated with the Korean diplomatic mission from December 2003 upto June 2005. Asad has had the honour to interact with several leaders of the world including with the President of Pakistan, the Prime Minister of Turkey, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea (South), the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka, the Prime Minister of Nepal and several top ministers and business leaders from around the world.
